We’re looking for a strong Business Finance Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving dealership performance. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands marine or automotive F&I operations, values relationships, and knows how to balance customer satisfaction with strong business results. 

What we’re looking for: 

• Finance and insurance experience (marine, automotive, RV, or powersports preferred) 

• Strong leadership and communication skills 

• A customer-first mindset 

• Ability to work closely with sales, service, and leadership teams 

• High integrity and attention to detail
